AIR RAID

There are very few Autobots that come in jet mode & Air Raid never appeared in the Transformers 3 movie. This bot comes in the form of a reconnaissance plane carrying a huge radar dish.

In jet mode, the radar dish on its back is quite heavy. You'll have to pose him nicely so that the plane doesn't fall on it's rear.

Alternatively, you can also pose Air Raid without the radar dish.

The transformation is a little tricky as there are numerous steps to be taken, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. One main point I like about the transformation is that it was very addictive for me to keep transforming this bot. As you can see from the picture the limbs are quite slim & when you transform it, somehow or rather they fall back into place nicely in jet mode.

In terms of articulation, Air Raid can be quite flexible and the low center of gravity allows for Air Raid to stay put in difficult poses without falling.
